Hi! We’re looking for a kind and friendly native English speaker who enjoys spending time with my daughter. We’re hoping to find someone who can spend 1–2 hours chatting and playing in English with our 9-year-old daughter about twice a week. She lived overseas for a few years, so her listening skills are quite strong—she can easily follow conversations between adults. However, when she speaks, she tends to use short, simple sentences. We’d love to help her become more confident speaking naturally and expressing her thoughts in English. Our family plans to move to the US. when she’s in 3rd or 4th grade, so our goal is for her to feel comfortable talking with classmates and making friends from day one. If you’re also willing to occasionally help with basic grammar or give feedback on short writing assignments.
