초1 영아와 영어원서읽고 대화나누고 영어로 매주 주제 정해서 할 수 있는분 원해요. 스피킹 잘되고나면 라이팅 지도 까지 가능한 1년이상 지속하실 수 있는분 원합니다. 처음은 주 1회, 1시간 수업을 생각하고 있고, 요일과 시간은 아이의 스케줄에 맞춰 조율하고 싶어요. 잘맞으면 주2회로 천천히 늘리고싶어요 60분 40000원입니다. 트라이얼클래스 한번 해주시고 아이가 좋아하고 잘 맞으면 시작하겠습니다. 트라이얼클래스 비용3만원 지급 하겠습니다. **[Hiring] English Tutor for 1st Grader (Literature-Based & Discussion)** We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and long-term English tutor for a 1st-grade child. The lessons will focus on reading English picture books/children's literature, engaging in active discussions, and exploring weekly themed topics completely in English. #### **Job Requirements:** * **Duration:** Looking for someone who can commit for at least **1 year or longer**. * **Qualifications:** * Must be fluent/native-level in English with excellent communication skills. * Experience in teaching young learners or guiding literature-based English discussion. * Ability to transition into **writing mentorship** once the child’s speaking skills are fully solidified. #### **Class Schedule & Structure:** * **Starting Frequency:** Once a week, 60 minutes per session. * **Schedule:** Flexible. We would like to coordinate the specific day and time based on the child's current schedule. * **Future Plans:** If the teacher and child are a great fit, we would love to gradually increase the sessions to **twice a week**. #### **Compensation:** * **Regular Class:** 40,000 KRW per 60-minute session. * **Trial Lesson:** We would like to start with a single paid trial lesson to see how the child responds.
