Native English Tutor

Looking for an In-Home Native English Tutor Hello! We are looking for a native English teacher for our daughter. She is a first-grade elementary school student who graduated from an English kindergarten. After graduation, she continued with an elementary English program and is currently taking a short break. She is comfortable communicating in English, enjoys speaking, and feels very comfortable interacting with native English speakers. She has always built great relationships with her English teachers and truly enjoys talking with them. We are looking for a warm, energetic, and engaging teacher who enjoys having natural conversations with children. While conversation is very important to us, we would also love lessons that include reading children’s books together, discussing the stories, asking thoughtful questions, and encouraging critical thinking. If possible, we’d also appreciate some writing practice and guidance. We hope to find someone who can make learning enjoyable through books, games, and meaningful conversations rather than focusing mainly on textbooks. We’re looking for someone who: * Is a native English speaker from the USA, Canada, or the UK * Has experience teaching young children * Enjoys conversation-based lessons * Can encourage discussion and critical thinking through children’s books * Can provide basic writing guidance if possible * Is available for in-home lessons Lesson length: 1 to 1.5 hours per session Frequency: Once a week (1 lesson per week) Days, lesson times, and compensation are all flexible and open for discussion. 📍 Location: Near Dongtan Station If you’re interested, please send me a short introduction along with your nationality, teaching experience, hourly rate, and available schedule.
