Native tutor for 4 year-old

Hi I am looking for a female native English tutor for my 4 year-old kid. It’s she and she behaves well and pays great attention to classes. She has 4 months learning experiences in Phonics and she understands English quite well but she is little shy in speaking. I am looking for someone who can improve her level of English in Phonics so that she can start reading. Also please spend enough time for speaking with some fun activities.
