He is currently in his second year at a regular kindergarten and will enter elementary school in two years. **Job Overview **Location: Near Banpo Station (a 1-minute walk) **Schedule: Twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 PM) **Duration: 1 hour per session **Pay:** 240,000 KRW per month (based on 4 weeks / 8 sessions. Equivalent to 30,000 KRW per hour) **Trial Lesson: We would like to have a 1-hour trial lesson first (which will be fully paid) before making a long-term commitment. **Our Goal We want our son to become comfortable communicating in English so that he can fully immerse himself and enjoy his time abroad when his parents go on overseas business trips or short/long-term training. **Student’s Level & Personality **Current Level: He regularly watches English videos, takes native English speaker classes at his kindergarten, and uses the ABCeggs program at home. While he understands the context of English conversations quite well, he struggles with speaking and expressing himself. **Personality: He is a bright, friendly, and active 5-year-old boy. However, because he feels his English isn't perfect, he might occasionally seem a bit shy or self-conscious during conversations. **Tutor Requirements **Nationality: Female Native English speaker **Experience: Must have prior experience teaching young children and a proven ability to naturally encourage and draw out speech from a child. **Commitment: We are looking for someone who can teach him **long-term**, not just for a few months. **Curriculum: 1 hour per session.
