Looking for english playmate

Hello! We are looking for a native English-speaking tutor/playmate for our 4-year-old child. Our child is very curious, loves science, and has a big imagination. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with children's ideas and helping conversations grow naturally, rather than simply answering questions. For example, if our child asks, "What if dinosaurs lived on the moon?" or "What would happen if we built a house on a cloud?", we'd love someone who can explore those ideas together, ask follow-up questions, and enjoy imagining different possibilities. The goal is not always to provide the "right" answer, but to have fun, meaningful conversations in English. Activities can be completely flexible—playing with toys, pretend play, science-related discussions, outdoor play, active games, reading books, or simply following our child's interests. The most important thing is building a genuine connection and creating an engaging English-speaking environment. We are currently looking for 1-hour sessions, 3 times per week. If our child enjoys the time together and it's a good fit, we would be open to increasing the frequency, potentially even to daily sessions.
